Please remember that to express your interest, you must email me at tinsoldiers4@yahoo.com. To confirm your registration for the event, I must receive payment (same as every other tournament...). Payment can be made with cash in hand, internet deposit, or cheque. Please contact me if you want to pay via internet transfer or cheque and I'll supply my details.

Also, there are two more points to be added to the player's pack:

• BEAST options for Warriors of Chaos should include the Shaggoth and Chaos Giant.
• After deliberation, Dogs of War armies may now include Regiments of Renown and the flying BEAST Asarnil the Dragonlord. Albion characters are still a no go.

A Sneak Peak...

So, the Player's Pack has gone out for preliminary feedback and I'm greatly excited about it! There are a few new elements which will hopefully help distinguish this tournament from the rest, and also help keep things fresh.

While all wait in eager anticipation for the pack's release, here's a couple of tempting hints:


1. There will be a strong encouragement on taking big monsters, especially of the flying kind. Get your thinking caps on and dust off those Scarecrow Banners!

2. There will be a new format for how the winner of the tournament is decided. Speculation begin!

3. There will be a number of new prizes including one for the person who kills the most big monsters. Grab your torch and pitchfork all, it's monster hunting time!


The final players pack is set to be released the Sunday all going well.

And It Begins...

NZ's very own WHFB event, Tin Soldiers IV is coming this July! Exciting times lie ahead as preparations commence and participants sign up. This blog will hopefully provide the players with up to date information, along with an insight into what has gone into making this thing happen, and also a historical record for myself.

I look forward to updating with some regularity, and importantly provide many photos of the event itself in July.
